Having worked in retail, telecommunications, call centre and business-to-business environments, her expertise lies in both Management Development and Human Resource Management.
Vanessa possesses a HND in Business & Finance, is a registered Psychometric test user through ASE and OPP allowing her to administer and give feedback on 16PF and Myers Briggs type indicator, a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has qualifications in both Business and Life Coaching. Vanessa is also experienced in the design and delivery of Assessment and development centres.
