Patrick has worked with Steven on the enhanced experiential design and delivery of an interactive Management Skills For Leaders Programme for Avon Cosmetics, bringing together the Morecambe & Wise (or even the Ant and Dec) of co-facilitation on these events held throughout the UK and Europe.
Background & Professional Experience
Patrick created eager-4-excellence limited in 2002, offering freelance training services to corporate global accounts, either directly or through a variety of well-known professional learning & development organisations. He has spent the last 25 years of his professional life designing and delivering training courses, interactive workshop sessions, and facilitated learning and management development activities globally (UK, Europe, and Africa).
Last employed as Group Director for Health-Safety-Environment, Quality, Training & Development in a City based medium size organisation (£40m turnover) in the UK services industry, Patrick was equally BIFM (British Institute of Facilities Management) Chairman for the South Region (2004-06), a member of The Chartered Institute of Management, a member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, and an MBA Alumni with the Open University.
Throughout his career in three different industries (including stints with Eurotunnel and as a supplier to BSkyB, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Reuters Group, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose), designing and delivering of professional and quality training has been part of Patrick’s remit, whatever the job title.
With industries as diverse as Retail, Direct Selling, Property & Real Estate Management and FM Supply Services, Patrick’s experience is diverse and adaptable, yet predominantly based on solid general management principles and foundations.
More recently Patrick has been engaged with world leading global corporate accounts such as Avon Cosmetics (since February 2007), ADM Aggregates (since March 2006), Primark [ABF] (since January 2005) and Stagecoach (since Feb 2004).

Patrick is a passionate trainer and facilitator who prefers the interactive workshop format to the stern lecture delivery, yet feels comfortable with both. Whether in front of an open course audience or facing the executive board of a Blue Chip organisation, Patrick always aims to achieve total customer satisfaction and easily adjusts delivery style and approach according to the situation.
