Carol is an experienced management development professional with over twenty years experience in both managing and developing people within national and blue chip companies. She has experience in designing and delivering a range of training programmes, one-to-one coaching and in the facilitation of major events and workshops.
Carol has been actively involved in Sales, Customer Services and Management Development since 1986; bringing strong practical experience of retail, contact centres telecommunications, business sales and media to her clients.
Carol spent ten years working in the retail sector where she moved from leading a large and successful sales force to become involved in the design and delivery of Management Development and Customer Sales/Services programmes. Carol then moved to BSkyB where she spent five years working as an internal Management Development Consultant. Since leaving BSkyB in 2004, Carol has worked as external Development Consultant: initially as a sole trader and then as a director of C&J Development Consultancy Ltd.
