AnnMarie and Steven worked together for a large L&D consultancy for 3 years, working collaboratively on major projects for the Royal Bank Of Scotland Group, Norwich Union and other large blue-chip companies as learning solutions providers. Since then, AnnMarie and Steven have worked together on projects for Unilever, Rolls-Royce PLC and now exchange advice on 21st century learning technologies and as trusted collaborators in the field of Learning & Development.

AnnMarie is a Learning & Development Consultant who supports organisations in developing their Leadership & Management teams. She has 11 years experience in Learning and Development and works closely with her clients helping them identify their training & development needs, identifying learning outcomes and designing appropriate learning interventions using a blended learning approach.

AnnMarie regularly works with organisations to facilitate focus group sessions, enabling groups of senior managers to explore topics and issues, and to create solutions and next steps.

AnnMarie has experience in both the public and private sector and has worked for many Global organisations both here in the UK and in North and South America, UAE, Europe and Asia Pacific. She has experience of working with clients in the Finance Sector, Social Services, FMCG, Contact Centres, Oil Industry, Travel Industry, Technology, Broadcasting, Professional Services, Legal and Public Sector. She delivers both in English and in Spanish.

Over the past 10 years AnnMarie has designed and delivered learning interventions with organisations including: Defra, Dorset County Council, The Department of Health, Shell, British Airways, Rolls Royce, Sky, T-mobile, Mcaffee, VWFS, RBS, Unilever, UBS, Satellite Information Services, Reed Business School, Natural England Zurich, Abbey and Barnet Adult Social Services. Most recently AnnMarie has created detailed TNA tools for clients including Barnet and Rolls Royce PLC.

AnnMarie has extensive experience in design of both one off workshops and implementing modular learning development programmes. AnnMarie uses her extensive Training Needs Analysis experience to design bespoke programmes that meet the individual needs of her clients and guarantee a return on investment.

In addition to Management & Leadership development, her area of expertise focuses on developing the Human Resource elements of a managers role; performance management, managing poor performance, managing diversity, handling conflict, having difficult conversations, managing restructure and redundancy, recruitment and selection, coaching, appraisals, discipline & grievance, absence management and succession planning. AnnMarie is TAP qualified and an MBTI & Thomas International practitioner.

AnnMarie often uses these profiling tools in the programmes that she designs. AnnMarie has also extensively used her coaching experience, which includes: 1:1 Coaching at Senior Management level, coaching a team of Senior Managers to support their employees through a period of extreme change, which included breaking the news of redundancies, coaching Contact Centre Managers to increase the productivity of their Customer Service and Sales teams and to support them in areas of performance improvement and coaching the Sales Team of a Recruitment Company. AnnMarie is passionate about continuous personal development and is currently studying the CIPD Advanced Certificate in Employment Law.
